rest assured...

I've had so many people emailing and asking when I'm going to write again and if I still have my job. The answers are: soon and YES!

I have kinda' major surgery happening in 2 weeks and will be laid up until December. Mr. and Mrs. X will be traveling a lot over the winter and so I may be inserting myself into some friends restaurants here and there, but mostly just getting myself back into shape...

In February I'll be heading to Seattle to outfit the galley and oversee the remainder of the build until we launch in May. And then finally, Finally, FINALLY we will be on our way!!!

In the meantime, if hospital food is blog worthy - then I'll be sure to blog about it...

So, I assure you my hungry kitties, the adventure will be continuing very soon. And thanks for the concern!
